Now that the Tampa Bay Rays are a respectable team, will we finally get a new waterfront stadium?

I don’t like going to the dome especially in a sunny city like St. Pete where the sun shines 300 days a year. The city of St. Petersburg was considering allocating the land for the Rays to build a new stadium but the plan was dropped last summer after voters rejected it.
