New IPOD. I charged my IPOD Touch and put some of my music into itunes, when i plug my ipod in nothing happens?

I just bought a new 8gb ipod touch today got it home, downloaded itunes and transferred some music from my computer into the itunes, i was told after doing that you should be able to plug your ipod in and it would automatically SYNC, and the usb makes a sound when i plug it in but other than that nothing happens??!!! PLEASE HELP ME!!

When I plug my Sansa v2 into my computer to add songs to it, it automatically opens Windows Media Player and all of my songs are on iTunes, is there anyway to change this. Thanks

I’ve downloaded iTunes onto a couple of computers, and all of the time, it sorts my songs into folders based on the artist. Is there a way I can download iTunes without it sorting my songs?

Same as the subject heading; essentially I have songs purchased from iTunes that I want to keep in a separate playlist from songs from other sources, but it’s a mess to go hunting by hand. Is there another way?

How do I recover songs deleted from iTunes?

I bought some music from iTunes, and I didn’t back it up. My computer had a virus and the whole hard drive needed to be, like, removed and cleaned up or whatever (not sure what the lingo is). Anyway, all the songs I paid for are gone now, but looking at my iTunes account and purchase history, I have the proof that I bought the songs. What can I do to get the music back?

I have a third generation Ipod Nano and I cant figure out how to put music videos on it. I do have iTunes and I have the music video file in the correct (converted and all) format. I can put it on my ipod as a movie but my ipod also has a music video section and I cant figure out how to put it on that. Thanks in advance!
